Brighter Horizons Brighton provides specialist therapies and treatment across Brighton, East Sussex and Eastbourne. We offer a range of therapies including full and modified Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for those with a BPD/EUPD (Borderline or Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder) diagnosis, DBT-informed approaches for people who identify with the difficulties associated with BPD/EUPD but who have not received a diagnosis and a family/partner/friend consultation package for those around someone with a BPD/EUPD diagnosis who want to develop an enhanced understanding and ways of approaching the difficulties their loved one faces.
