About Us
Brighter Horizons Brighton is a Brighton and Sussex based specialist DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) team. We work using the latest evidence based therapies for Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD; also known as Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder/EUPD). Brighter Horizons Brighton offer full programme DBT as well as individualised formats of the therapy and DBT-informed therapy. We work with people who have received a BPD/EUPD diagnosis as well as those who relate to the difficulties associated with the diagnosis. We work across locations in Brighton, East Sussex, West Sussex and Eastbourne.

- Self harm
- Relationship difficulties
- Emotional instability (including intense feelings or rapid mood changes)
- Difficulties understanding and managing emotions
