Brighter Horizons Brighton provides treatment adherent DBT as well as a variety of DBT-informed individual and group interventions. DBT is an evidence-based model and proven to be extremely beneficial in treating the difficulties associated with Borderline or Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (BPD/EUPD). Full programme DBT comprises the following core components: * Weekly skills group sessions * Individual therapy sessions * Between session telephone coaching * The therapist to attend a consultation group.
In addition to the full programme model, we are able to offer adapted versions for individuals; these bespoke packages can be tailored to fit the specific needs of the individual.
* Our next 12 week group starts Thursday 22nd February* An affordable, standalone option for those with and without a BPD diagnosis. This group is suitable both for individuals accessing the full programme model but also those who relate to the difficulties but do not require the full programme treatment (including those who have not received a personality disorder diagnosis). Group sessions costs £40 per week payable in 3 equal instalments or as one payment for all 12 sessions at the reduced price of £450.
